Synopsis

However, when Josh Holloway forgot a line during an audition and then kicked a chair in frustration and cursed loudly, the writers liked the innovative approach he brought to Sawyer’s character, and instead decided to write Sawyer as a darker Southern bum. Jin and Sun are married and have the last name “Kwon”, which becomes an important plot point in the final season. In fact, in Korea it is not even allowed to marry someone with the same last name, except in rare cases.

Seriously. Jack, Kate, Saver, Hugo, Locke, Said, and even the story of Benjamin Linus were created in a way that few others have been since. My son, who was 16 at the time, said that it was the best written series of his time, and now that he is 30 and a writer himself, he maintains this commitment to this day: all other series follow in the shadow of LOST.
