-based action etc
Synopsis
Joe, a CIA professional, tries to balance his personal and professional life as the spearhead of the agency’s war on terror. Real-life military advisors helped produce a more authentic weapon handling, house clearing, positioning and squad. Cited in Premios Soberano (2024). I had to write a review because the writing, acting and action are so good! I’m a reviewer and movie/show watcher who approaches things from the “glass halves” theory.
Great acting, dialogue, action!
This means I look at the positives first and then the negatives. I either like it or I don’t. There is always a middle ground."Lioness" is not only far from average but has everything! Zoe Saldana is sexy and beautiful, and just like her boss played by Nicole Kidman, they are both idiots in American espionage and the military. Both are America’s defense against global terrorism.
Both were top notch
The viewer also benefits from the fact that even though it’s a cable TV series (Paramount), it has a big film budget. The production team doesn’t waste their budget, but its' streamlined, practical and error-free implementation of production value. As I mentioned in the title, it has all the "24" and "Columbiana"! Do you remember the TV show and the movie? I don’t care about family problems and Teen drama.
It works fine for me
As a parent, I understand that. I keep thinking that the terrorists are going to get to Joe’s (Zoe Saldana) family. (Hopefully not, but I could see it happening) Obviously I’m not done with the series yet. And I don’t have time to write this review either."Lioness" is so good and I highly recommend it. This is one of the first reviews I’ve done that has no issues with the content.
My other critics of past classics and well-made movies/TV shows are obvious
I haven’t checked, but I really want a second season for "Lionessa"!!!
